Decide explicitly which model applies and state it here — this changes your obligations under many states' bar advertising and lawyer-referral rules. If you are a pure directory (lawyers pay for a listing, you don't match or recommend), say so. If you actively match consumers to specific lawyers or take a fee tied to a case outcome, you may be operating as a lawyer referral service, which is separately regulated in most states.
