Consultation requests are shared with the specific lawyer(s) you select. Lawyer profile information you submit is displayed publicly once approved. Account and profile information is retained while your account is active. Consultation request records are retained for a limited period for support and moderation purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Set an explicit retention period here (e.g. "consultation requests are deleted after 24 months") before launch.
